जागा बळकावल्याने आणि बेहिशोबी संपत्तीची चौकशी करण्याची मागणी
डोंबिवली : डोंबिवलीतील ६५ बेकायदा इमारतींच्या बनावट कागदपत्र, महारेरा नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र घोटाळ्याचे प्रकरण गाजत असतानाच, दुसरीकडे डोंबिवलीतील बिल्डर अशोक म्हात्रे यांनी केडीएमसीचे माजी नगरसेवक शैलेश धात्रक आणि माजी नगरसेविका मनिषा धात्रक यांच्या विरोधात थेट ईडी आणि पोलीस महासंचालक अँन्टी करप्शन विभाग यांच्याकडे तक्रार केली आहे. जमीन बळकावल्याप्रकरणी आणि बेहिशोबी संपत्तीची चौकशी करण्याची मागणी म्हात्रे यांनी सत्यप्रतिज्ञापत्राद्वारे केल्याने खळबळ उडाली आहे.
डोंबिवली पश्चिमेत राहणारे अशोक म्हात्रे हे व्यवसायाने बिल्डर आहेत. त्यांच्या कुटूंबियांच्या मालकीची ४७ गुंठे जागा आहे. मात्र नगरसेवक पदाच्या कार्यकाळात धात्रक यांनी त्यापैकी २ गुंठे जागा बळकावल्याचा आरोप म्हात्रे यांनी केला आहे. गेल्या अनेक महिन्यांपासून ते न्यायासाठी झगडत आहेत. मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे व उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्याकडेही त्यांनी न्यायासाठी साकडं घातलं आहे. मात्र वरिष्ठ पातळीवर तक्रारी केल्याने धात्रक यांच्याकडून उलट खोटया तक्रारी करून गावगुंडांकडून मला त्रास दिला जात आहे. त्यामुळे मला व माझया कुटूंबियांच्या जिवीताला धोका निर्माण झाल्याचे म्हात्रे यांनी सत्यप्रतिज्ञापत्रात म्हटले आहे.
प्रभाग क्र ६० आणि ६१ मध्ये नगरसेवक पदाच्या कार्यर्किदीत धात्रक यांनी करोडो रूपयांची बेहिशोबी संपत्ती जमविल्याचा खळबळजनक आरोपही तक्रारदार म्हात्रे यांनी केला आहे. या दोन्ही प्रभागात एकही आरक्षणाचा भूखंड शिल्लक ठेवलेला नाही. बांधकाम माफियांना हाताशी धरून त्यावर अनधिकृत बांधकामे करण्यात आले आहेत. तसेच आराधना को ऑप हौ सोसायटी सिटी सर्व्हे नं २६८५ ते २६९९ मौजे डोंबिवली मध्ये २ मजले व १ ऑफीस याची सखोल चौकशी करण्याची मागणी म्हात्रे यांनी ईडी, अँटी करप्शन ब्युरो यांना सत्यप्रतिज्ञापत्रावर दिलेल्या तक्रारीत केली आहे.
This sailesh Datrak and Manisha Datrak are involved in many redevelopment matters and looted the common people. These people should be removed form the post and their house should be attached. In Devi chock many insidance are there. Hatsoff to ED.
Corporator Mr. sailesh Datrak is involved in many redevelopment matters. There is a tieup between sailesh, Tulsiram Joshi and builder Radhika construction,in which sailesh is playing a mediator role. He has also given money to many of the people in that society. Here that society people can give many inputs ( Shashank Chs). He troubling many people for the redevelopment matters and not giving the money which was been promised. He not allowing any other builder to develop that society. Please look into the matter
Sailesh Datrak is one of the most corrupted corporator he has looted many common people money. The house in which he is staying now ( Duplex house) he has grapped for free as he is in the position. There are many dealing on her daughters name as she is also in the same boat. It’s all commen men’s money . Please thak a strict action. He should be removed from the chair.
How much I know them personally they help people. But can’t comment on the above matter. But it’s a business in the market. But it shows a bad impact on their carrier.
Sailesh is third class person… Atleast Manisha madam is good to some extent, but sailesh is horrible. Now bringing her daughter in BJP. Now whole family will enjoy the fruit. He is has looted many people’s money. His house has to be sealed and should be on roads.
Very strange that Sailesh as a corporator is interested in redevelopment matters and bringing his own builder and forcing people to select his own builder only. Seeing the current condition of the Dombivli he trying to fill his own pocket by bringing his own team of builder. But here nobody will come in front and say because he has persons will come and harm them.
